Hi I’m Jay Oelbaum
Jay Oelbaum is the founder and principal of Oelea Academy. He has been involved in education professionally for over thirty years. He is a graduate of Oberlin College and holds an M.Phil. from the Institute of Development Studies, University of Sussex (Ranked number one, globally, in the field of international development). He taught Political Economy at the University of Guelph, where he developed a reputation for excellence in teaching and has been a Doctoral Fellow of the University of Toronto’s Centre for International Studies. (Now the Munk School of Global Affairs).
